Rothbury Traditional Music Festival

Rothbury Traditional Music Festival is a friendly, community-run gathering, set in the beautiful Coquet Valley at the heart of Northumberland.  Over the last four decades it has established a unique atmosphere, drawing musicians, dancers and poets from throughout the country and beyond to spend a weekend sharing music and experiencing Northumbrian traditions. The programme of events over the weekend includes a ceilidh dance on Friday, free outdoor stage on Saturday, street entertainment, workshops, sessions, competitions for both children and adults as well as ticketed events. Most of the festival is free but the tickets for the ceilidh, various concerts and Graham Pirt's The Miner's Union presentation are available to buy from the 3rd June 2023 at www.rothburymusicfestival.co.uk or from Tullys on Rothbury's High Street
